Thoracic spine makes you look confident and strong.

The thoracic spine runs from just below the neck to above your waist. It’s usually the culprit of most problems with a pose. Remember when your mom would say stand up straight. Yes, it was your thoracic spine getting you in trouble, because you were hunching or slouching.

I suggest stand up and try to imagine something pulling the back of your head toward the ceiling or simply think of strings pulling the top of your head. Then, you drop your shoulders toward the ground. I bet you felt good doing it, didn’t you?
